About the role
- The Network Security Lead will be responsible for maintaining the network security baseline and other tasks such as vulnerability management, threat detection and monitoring, incident response and security control implementation
- Developing and enhancing Network Security baselines
- Assisting in creation of policies, processes to support the operational network
- Assisting with development of network config changes
- Developing appropriate tooling to support Network Security
- Represent Engineering to our customers and support with collaboration working groups
Requirements
- An understanding of security architecture required within compartmented certified environments
- Knowledge of JSP 604, 440 and relevant BS EN standards
- Experience in a Network Security role
- Experience of ICT systems in complexed environments
- Experience creating, maintaining, and cataloguing Configuration Management documentation
- Experience with Network Security supported by a relevant certificate/ qualification
- The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role
