About the role

  • Support client groups of professional employees throughout Canada
  • Coach management in leadership development and talent management
  • Design, develop, and deliver HR programs and processes

Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Current CHRP/CPHR professional designation
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant HR experience
  • At least 4 years in a similar HRBP role
  • Experience in Aviation or federally regulated industries
  • Experience in creating and implementing HR business solutions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Driven by results with a strategic vision for HR
