About the role
- Support client groups of professional employees throughout Canada
- Coach management in leadership development and talent management
- Design, develop, and deliver HR programs and processes
- Collaborate with Business Unit management on recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation
- Contribute to HR process improvement
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Current CHRP/CPHR professional designation
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant HR experience
- At least 4 years in a similar HRBP role
- Experience in Aviation or federally regulated industries
- Experience in creating and implementing HR business solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Driven by results with a strategic vision for HR
