About the role
- Support financial requirements of Defence programs
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and contract reporting outputs
- Deliver insightful financial performance analysis
- Ensure accurate month-end activities, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Partner with program stakeholders and support ad-hoc projects
- Provide financial clarity that drives decision-making
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Commerce
- Membership (or near completion) with a professional accounting body
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent planning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously when required
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills
