About the role
- Manage and support a team of supervisors, engineers, and admin staff.
- Oversee delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric disciplines.
- Plan, prioritise, and coordinate maintenance and small works, ensuring safe deployment of staff and contractors.
- Drive improvements to enhance output effectiveness and consistency across the contract.
- Ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently met.
Requirements
- Facilities management experience.
- People management experience.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety in the built environment.
- Trade qualification or time-served experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Security Clearance
