Key responsibilities & impact

Independently lead strategic and operational projects with IT interfaces
Manage, organize and take responsibility for the budgets of assigned projects
Support and take ownership of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Closely coordinate with business units and IT
Analyze and optimize existing (data) processes
Apply Lean management methods in a targeted way
Conduct process mapping and derive optimization measures
Develop concepts and implement new processes and features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (industrial) engineering, logistics, business administration or a comparable discipline
Relevant professional experience in project management or process optimization, ideally in a process-intensive environment
Solid knowledge of Lean management methods
Strong understanding of end-to-end processes
Analytical skills
Confident use of reporting and control tools (e.g., MS Excel)
Experience leading interdisciplinary teams
