About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently lead strategic and operational projects with IT interfaces
- Manage, organize and take responsibility for the budgets of assigned projects
- Support and take ownership of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Closely coordinate with business units and IT
- Analyze and optimize existing (data) processes
- Apply Lean management methods in a targeted way
- Conduct process mapping and derive optimization measures
- Develop concepts and implement new processes and features
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in (industrial) engineering, logistics, business administration or a comparable discipline
- Relevant professional experience in project management or process optimization, ideally in a process-intensive environment
- Solid knowledge of Lean management methods
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes
- Analytical skills
- Confident use of reporting and control tools (e.g., MS Excel)
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams
