About the role
- You are responsible for organizing and coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation and consolidation of management reports
- Analysis of financial KPIs and assessment of results
- Explaining variances and deriving recommended actions
- Conducting liquidity planning and cash management
- Development and implementation of reporting and planning standards
- Managing and executing the budget and forecast process
- Close collaboration with operational performance controlling and financial accounting
- Leading projects for process optimization and digitalization in financial controlling.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in (financial) controlling
- Solid knowledge of closing and planning processes
- Experience interpreting and analyzing financial metrics/KPIs
- Proficient with controlling/BI systems (e.g., Power BI, LucaNet, etc.)
- Understanding of complex data structures
- Analytical thinking skills
- Structured, methodical working style
- Commercial/business-oriented mindset
- Strong ability to present and communicate information tailored to different audiences.
