Drive brand performance across a portfolio of gaming brands
Transform complex performance data into commercial strategy and actionable recommendations
Design and maintain performance dashboards in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent tools
Build best-practice analytical frameworks and standardise team processes
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations on brand strategies and company-wide goals
Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Evaluate emerging analytical methodologies and technologies for commercial intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in a commercial or business analyst role
Track record of shaping strategy through data rather than only reporting
Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in at least one major data visualisation platform: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Ability to build and embed knowledge-sharing or best-practice frameworks
Solid understanding of the gaming industry, consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and Free-to-Play or social casino metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive summaries and senior leadership presentations
Proactive, solutions-first mindset suited to a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment
Experience with Python or similar programming languages is a bonus
Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, or predictive analytics is a bonus
Experience with advanced analytical frameworks or emerging technologies applied to commercial problems is a bonus
