About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner directly with senior management to shape and deliver workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy initiatives aligned with business goals and B2Spin's growth across multiple entities
  • Own the full employee relations caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management, and workplace investigations
  • Provide pragmatic, legally sound advice to managers and ensure cases are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with policy and local employment law across jurisdictions
  • Design and run employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, pulse surveys, and feedback loops
  • Translate engagement results into concrete action plans
  • Coach line managers on difficult conversations, performance feedback, and conflict resolution
  • Contribute to drafting, updating, and rolling out HR policies and employment documentation across multiple legal entities
  • Track and report on turnover, engagement, and employee relations case trends to identify patterns and inform proactive interventions
  • Lead the build-out of B2Spin's HR department and shape the wider workplace culture
  • Handle real employee relations cases and business problems from day one

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Significant hands-on experience in HR management
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent ideally
  • Prior experience in iGaming or a similarly fast-paced, regulated, tech-driven industry is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations
  • Strong working knowledge of global employment law
  • Ability to navigate and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels, including with senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage remote and internationally distributed teams
  • Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
