About the role
- Assessment, planning and development of structural engineering solutions for our existing buildings
- Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and tender documents
- Advising, reviewing and providing technical supervision of planning services
- Implementation of modernization measures
- Monitoring contractual compliance of ongoing projects and ensuring adherence to laws, standards and guidelines
- Acting as advisor to property owners both in relation to existing investments and when acquiring new properties
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification, ideally with authorization to submit planning documents (Bauvorlageberechtigung)
- Several years of practical experience in planning and supervising construction projects
- Experience with change-of-use projects and coordination with relevant authorities
- Driver's license (Class B)
- High degree of team spirit, reliability and the ability to work independently
- Enjoyment in your daily work
