Key responsibilities & impact

Delight customers with successful ERP implementation projects for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
Ensure the project delivers the agreed benefits
Communicate with external and internal stakeholders
Apply standardized project management methodologies, including quality gates and a toolkit, to plan and control projects
Coordinate and lead project teams (5–15 people)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project management (e.g., GPM, PMI or similar)
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or willingness to engage with it in the future
Several years of experience in IT project management
Experience leading project teams
Ability to quickly understand complex issues and communicate them to others
Ability to motivate others to achieve a shared goal
Strong communication skills
