About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Delight customers with successful ERP implementation projects for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Ensure the project delivers the agreed benefits
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders
- Apply standardized project management methodologies, including quality gates and a toolkit, to plan and control projects
- Coordinate and lead project teams (5–15 people)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project management (e.g., GPM, PMI or similar)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or willingness to engage with it in the future
- Several years of experience in IT project management
- Experience leading project teams
- Ability to quickly understand complex issues and communicate them to others
- Ability to motivate others to achieve a shared goal
- Strong communication skills
