About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the creation and maintenance of CRM flows, segmentations, and automations
- Assist in executing campaigns and communication cadences
- Assist in managing relationships with recurring B2B clients: proactive outreach, order follow-up, and issue resolution
- Monitor and respond to customer service (SAC) contacts related to CRM and Sales
- Create and track orders in the system
- Handle cases escalated by the AI agent, recording lessons learned and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Availability to intern for a minimum of 1 year
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with numbers and interested in Sales
- Proactive and eager to learn.
