Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the renowned creators of AzureAgency
You advise and support our creators in the content and strategic development of their personal brand and career
You source, negotiate, and manage collaborations between creators and clients
You guide our creators with your expertise on the path to the next level of their careers and coordinate their professional development
You strategically develop our creator and client portfolio and contribute to the company’s progress with your expertise, drive, and existing network

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a degree in Media Management, Media/Communications Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable field
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in artist management and are a specialist in supporting creators
Your network speaks for itself — as an expert you maintain relationships and bring strong connections with industry partners
You live and breathe social media and have a keen sense for current trends and platform mechanics
You are professional, empathetic, open, and structured communication is one of your strengths
You are fluent in German and English and confident in negotiations
You work independently, are organized, and highly reliable
You enjoy driving topics within a team and work proactively and solution-oriented
