Key responsibilities & impact

Managing and supporting AzureAgency’s renowned creators
Advising and supporting our creators in the content and strategic development of their personal brand and career
Acquiring, negotiating, and managing collaborations between creators and clients
Guiding our creators with your expertise on their path to the next level of their careers and coordinating their professional development
Strategically developing our creator and client portfolio and contributing to the company’s progress with your expertise, drive, and existing network

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a completed degree in media management, media/communication studies, business administration, or a comparable field
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in artist management and are experienced in supporting creators
Your network speaks for itself — as an expert you maintain relationships and bring strong connections with industry partners
You live and breathe social media and have a keen sense for current trends and platform mechanics
You are professional, empathetic, open, and structured communication is one of your strengths
You are negotiation-fluent in German and English
You work independently, are organized, and highly reliable
You enjoy driving topics forward within a team and work proactively and solution-oriented
