About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing and supporting AzureAgency’s renowned creators
- Advising and supporting our creators in the content and strategic development of their personal brand and career
- Acquiring, negotiating, and managing collaborations between creators and clients
- Guiding our creators with your expertise on their path to the next level of their careers and coordinating their professional development
- Strategically developing our creator and client portfolio and contributing to the company’s progress with your expertise, drive, and existing network
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a completed degree in media management, media/communication studies, business administration, or a comparable field
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in artist management and are experienced in supporting creators
- Your network speaks for itself — as an expert you maintain relationships and bring strong connections with industry partners
- You live and breathe social media and have a keen sense for current trends and platform mechanics
- You are professional, empathetic, open, and structured communication is one of your strengths
- You are negotiation-fluent in German and English
- You work independently, are organized, and highly reliable
- You enjoy driving topics forward within a team and work proactively and solution-oriented
