- Advising and supporting our creators in the content and strategic development of their personal brand and career
- Sourcing, negotiating, and managing collaborations between creators and clients
- Guiding our creators with your expertise on their journey to the next level and coordinating their professional development
- Strategically developing our creators' and clients' portfolio and contributing to the company's progress with your expertise, drive, and established network
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a degree in Media Management, Media/Communication Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in artist management and are an expert in supporting creators
- You have a strong network — you cultivate relationships and bring solid industry contacts
- You live and breathe social media and have a keen sense for current trends and platform mechanics
- You are professional, empathetic, and open; structured communication is one of your strengths
- You are business-fluent in German and English
- You work independently, are organized, and highly reliable
- You enjoy driving topics within a team and work proactively and solution-oriented
