  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing collaborations between creators and clients

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Media Management, Media/Communication Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in artist management and are an expert in supporting creators
  • You have a strong network — you cultivate relationships and bring solid industry contacts
  • You live and breathe social media and have a keen sense for current trends and platform mechanics
  • You are professional, empathetic, and open; structured communication is one of your strengths
  • You are business-fluent in German and English
  • You work independently, are organized, and highly reliable
  • You enjoy driving topics within a team and work proactively and solution-oriented
