Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for purchasing materials and contracting corporate services (HR, national and international logistics, operational materials, hotel bookings and uniforms).
Desirable experience in negotiation and monitoring of contract clauses (price adjustments, SLAs).
Liaise with other departments across the company.
Lead high-complexity strategic negotiations and cost-reduction projects, using project management tools to support initiatives.
Experience with strategic sourcing processes, spend analysis, TCO and make-or-buy decisions.
Develop new sources of supply and solutions that contribute to process innovation and total cost reduction.
Propose new ways to execute processes with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
Develop cost-reduction projects considering total cost of ownership and the risks involved in procurement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed).
Excel - Advanced.
Presentation preparation - Advanced (e.g., PowerPoint).
General negotiation skills.
Intermediate English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the automotive or aviation industries.
Postgraduate degree / MBA / specializations in related areas are a plus.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Experience with Oracle systems is a plus.
Experience in aviation is a plus.
