About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Estimate maintenance services demand in terms of man-hours (hh) and maintenance slots;
Define the set of planning rules to be followed by Network Planning;
Measure the designed commercial itinerary, verifying its compliance with the planning rules;
Determine the maintenance network, i.e., the set of bases where line maintenance planning will schedule maintenance services;
Support the development and management of the network, working with maintenance to activate/deactivate maintenance stations and expand/reduce their scope to align capacity with demand;
Manage the KPIs under your responsibility, aiming to achieve high performance levels and establish a continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analysis, or Data Science;
Minimum experience: 2 years in demand planning, S&OP, data analysis, and modeling of complex systems;
Intermediate English;
Power BI, Python, advanced Excel, VBA, and experience with analytical reporting;
Strong analytical skills and creativity to find non-trivial solutions;
Broad, integrated perspective, able to build future scenarios in uncertain environments and anticipate potential issues to mitigate them;
Process- and data-oriented;
Results- and deadline-driven;
Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented;
Strong negotiation skills;
Time management and prioritization of tasks;
Self-sufficient and able to work independently;
Advantageous: experience with Skywise and Snowflake.
