About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Estimate maintenance services demand in terms of man-hours (hh) and maintenance slots;
- Define the set of planning rules to be followed by Network Planning;
- Measure the designed commercial itinerary, verifying its compliance with the planning rules;
- Determine the maintenance network, i.e., the set of bases where line maintenance planning will schedule maintenance services;
- Support the development and management of the network, working with maintenance to activate/deactivate maintenance stations and expand/reduce their scope to align capacity with demand;
- Manage the KPIs under your responsibility, aiming to achieve high performance levels and establish a continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analysis, or Data Science;
- Minimum experience: 2 years in demand planning, S&OP, data analysis, and modeling of complex systems;
- Intermediate English;
- Power BI, Python, advanced Excel, VBA, and experience with analytical reporting;
- Strong analytical skills and creativity to find non-trivial solutions;
- Broad, integrated perspective, able to build future scenarios in uncertain environments and anticipate potential issues to mitigate them;
- Process- and data-oriented;
- Results- and deadline-driven;
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Time management and prioritization of tasks;
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently;
- Advantageous: experience with Skywise and Snowflake.
