About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on the Backoffice systems team, ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of corporate processes.
  • Maintain close relationships with business areas, translating functional needs into efficient technological solutions.
  • Handle incidents and service requests, ensuring agile responses, accurate analysis, and effective resolution of tickets.
  • Gather and document requirements with stakeholders, define priorities, and align expectations.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (infrastructure, security, architecture, development) to integrate and advance corporate solutions.
  • Support improvements, testing, validation, and deployment of new modules and updates for Oracle Fusion.
  • Monitor process performance, identify automation opportunities, and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting Backoffice areas (Legal, Finance, Controllership, or Procurement).
  • Clear communication skills, strong interpersonal relations, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple areas.
  • Experience in problem analysis, root-cause investigation, and delivering solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation.
  • Direct experience with SaaS systems (configuration, functional troubleshooting, level 2/3 support).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation (BPM, User Stories).
  • Relevant certifications: ITIL, COBIT, PMP, Scrum, Oracle Cloud Certificates.
  • Knowledge of project and support management tools: Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, ClickUp, Jira, among others.
  • Experience integrating ERP and satellite systems (via API, SOA, OIC, or similar).
  • Familiarity with change governance, testing (SIT/UAT), and release management.
