About the role

  • Responsible for purchasing materials and contracting corporate services: HR, national and international logistics, operational materials, hotel bookings and uniforms.
  • Desirable experience in negotiation and contract clause monitoring (adjustments, SLAs).
  • Interface with other company departments.
  • Lead high-complexity strategic negotiations and cost-reduction projects, using project management tools as support.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing processes, spend analysis, TCO and make-or-buy decisions.
  • Develop new supply sources and solutions that contribute to process innovation and total cost reduction.
  • Propose new ways to execute processes aiming for greater efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop cost-reduction projects considering total cost of ownership and analyzing the risks involved in contracting.

Requirements

  • University degree completed.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Advanced skills in preparing presentations.
  • General knowledge of negotiation techniques.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the automotive or aviation industries.
  • Postgraduate degree / MBA / specializations in related areas (plus).
  • Knowledge of Power BI (plus).
  • Experience with Oracle systems (plus).
  • Experience in aviation (plus).
