About the role

  • Execute internal control tests in accordance with SOX (ICFR) requirements.
  • Support the update and documentation of risk and control matrices (RCM).
  • Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses, including validation, conflict review, and mitigation recommendations.
  • Conduct walkthroughs to understand process design and validate controls.
  • Assist in preparing evidence for internal and external audits.
  • Prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations related to controls and risks.
  • Liaise with business areas to clarify questions, gather information, and support control compliance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and control/process optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to process mapping and review efforts to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in internal controls, internal audit, SOX audit, or compliance.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as COSO and ICFR concepts.
  • Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and user access in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Experience with control testing, documentation, and evidence collection.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI) is desirable.
  • Fluent English is a significant plus.
