About the role
- The need for a Mid-level DevOps Analyst arises from the growing demand for efficiency and innovation in our development and operations processes. To strengthen our continuous delivery capabilities and service quality, we are looking for a professional who can bring advanced technical knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud computing environments, automation, and container orchestration. This role is crucial to help us achieve our strategic goals of agility, scalability, and security while keeping Azul Linhas Aéreas (Azul Airlines) at the forefront of aeronautical technology and customer service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
- Intermediate English
- Effective communication for constant interaction with development, operations, and business teams
- Proactivity and a continuous interest in learning and applying new technologies and industry practices
- Technical experience and hands-on background in:
- Azure DevOps for project management, Git repositories, artifacts, and CI/CD
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management using Terraform
- Creating and maintaining containers with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Developing automation scripts with Bash and Python
- Applying Agile methodologies in IT projects
- Using observability tools, preferably DataDog
- Skills that will be considered differentiators:
- Azure and/or AWS cloud certifications
- Contributions to open source projects
- Participation in technology communities and industry events
