About the role

  • Develop, implement and optimize digital media strategies across channels such as content portals, affiliates and programmatic advertising, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact;
  • Strong negotiation skills with affiliates, structuring CPA, cashback and commercial incentive agreements that strengthen partnerships, boost performance and preserve ROAS;
  • Manage schedules, budgets, partner negotiations, contracts and KPIs, ensuring operational excellence and consistent results;
  • Work directly with business units, leadership and legal to ensure smooth approvals and strategic alignment;
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze metrics and turn data into insights, preparing clear reports and recommendations for continuous optimization;
  • Present projects, results and action plans to leadership, creating executive materials that communicate progress, learnings and next steps;
  • Work collaboratively with branding, content, growth and sales teams to ensure coherence, synergy and strong communication;
  • Test new approaches, channels and technologies, driving innovation and continuously seeking opportunities for scale and efficiency;
  • Maximize return on media investment by controlling budget allocation, performance and ROI;
  • Stay on top of digital market trends, bringing updates, best practices and solutions that elevate deliverables and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications (Advertising, Journalism or Public Relations), Marketing, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on performance for e-commerce;
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms and analytics tools, with ease navigating different environments and extracting relevant insights;
  • Strong ability to read and interpret metrics, using monitoring tools to guide decisions;
  • Analytical mindset to structure clear, strategic, results-oriented executive reports;
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel to build impactful presentations, translating data into narratives that engage leadership;
  • Experience managing requests with creative agencies, ensuring alignment, quality and efficiency of deliverables;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to articulate ideas, negotiate priorities and build trusting relationships;
  • Results-oriented profile, with empathy, active listening and a collaborative approach;
  • Intermediate or advanced level of English;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Alphaville region.
