Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables; conduct feasibility assessments and risk analysis.
Build and lead cross-functional project teams; assign roles and ensure effective communication and motivation.
Define and manage project scope and change management to prevent scope creep.
Coordinate resource allocation and optimize resource utilization to meet timelines.
Identify and mitigate project risks; monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish communication lines with clients, stakeholders, and sponsors; provide regular progress updates.
Create and manage project budgets; monitor expenses and work with Project Controller to control costs.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards; implement quality control processes.
Act as main point of contact for clients; cultivate positive client relationships and manage expectations.
Track project progress, generate progress reports, and address deviations from the project plan.
Conduct post-project reviews and apply lessons learned; perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, technology, or a related field.
5-7 years progressive experience in project management, preferably in a management consulting firm or within the technology industry, with a focus on Oracle products and solutions.
Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Projects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business.
Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
Fluent in English.
Ability to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and control projects of varying sizes and complexities.
