About the role
- Conduct audits and maturity diagnostics of organizations and procurement processes, including spend commitments, e-invoicing and invoice processing
- Define scope, make recommendations and develop roadmaps to improve the effectiveness of collaboration between company functions
- Design target processes and implement performance monitoring indicators, drawing on market best practices
- Define and implement clients' digital strategy by participating in needs assessments, designing target states and roadmaps, preparing specifications and supporting solution selection
- Implement concrete actions and toolkits to map spend, mitigate supplier risks, and strengthen responsible procurement practices (RFAR label, inclusive procurement, decarbonization, CSRD/CS3D, etc.)
- Additionally, actively contribute to firm life: support commercial proposals and help manage relationships with leading procurement and e-invoicing solution vendors and CSR experts.
Requirements
- Final-year student (Master's level Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, MIAGE program, or equivalent graduate studies
- Strong interest in Procurement, Finance and Accounting functions
- Knowledge of project methodologies and management (Agile or V-model, Lean management, Prince2) and/or familiarity with market digital solutions (generalist or specialist vendors)
- Enthusiastic, proactive, rigorous and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
- Comfortable communicating in written and spoken French and English; willing to be mobile within France and internationally.
