Requirements

Someone with prior experience implementing SOC 2, ISO 27001
Familiar with Vanta, or Drata, Secureframe and other GRC platforms
Startup-savvy: you understand the constraints and mindset of early-stage companies
Technically fluent: you can navigate cloud environments and source code management systems comfortably; you understand the key components of a tech stack
Highly organized and autonomous; you don’t wait to be told what to do
Someone with 2+ years of experience; prior startup experience strongly preferred
(optional) understanding of other frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR
