- Fully own customer timelines for compliance and security deliverables

Requirements
- Prior experience implementing SOC 2, ISO 27001
- Familiar with Vanta, Drata, Secureframe, and other GRC platforms
- Startup-savvy; you understand the constraints and mindset of early-stage companies
- Technically fluent; you can navigate cloud environments and source code management systems comfortably
- Empathetic and customer-obsessed, with the ability to handle sensitive situations gracefully
- Highly organized and autonomous; you don’t wait to be told what to do
- 2+ years of experience; prior startup experience strongly preferred
- (optional) understanding of other frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR
