About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver remote occupational therapy services to students through AXIS Teletherapy’s virtual model
- Help students build practical, emotional, and physical skills for greater independence in school and daily life
- Adapt creative therapeutic strategies to each student’s environment and unique needs
- Support students’ functional participation, confidence, and engagement in education
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, psychologists, counselors, evaluators, colleagues, and school partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Washington Department of Education Certificate in Occupational Therapy
- 2+ years of experience in a school setting
- Demonstrates professional integrity, ethical behavior, policy compliance, and accountability
- Effective collaboration and communication with colleagues
- Adaptability, problem-solving, independent troubleshooting, and a growth mindset
- Cultural competence and cultural sensitivity
- Strong time management and efficient task management
