About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a growing sales team while remaining actively involved in strategic district partnerships
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executives
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching and pipeline reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Experience selling into K–12 education preferred
  • Experience managing remote sales teams
  • CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • History of exceeding revenue targets through team development
  • Experience with district partnerships, educational services, or EdTech strongly preferred.
