About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As an Audit Assistant, you will be part of the engagement from day one and work closely with our auditors.
You will get to know the companies behind the numbers, gradually take on your own audit areas and receive professional guidance.
Participate in statutory and consolidated financial statement audits.
Independently handle individual audit areas after onboarding.
Review accounting records, supporting documents and individual line items.
Support the preparation of audit reports.
Assist with audit-related and business management questions.
Contribute to the further digitalization of our audit processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business/economics, ideally with a focus on auditing, accounting or taxation.
Initial practical experience through internships or working-student positions is welcome but not mandatory.
Interest in a long-term career in auditing.
Independent and structured way of working.
Reliability and high professional diligence.
Residence in Stuttgart or within easy commuting distance.
