About the role
- Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered tools and trading technology.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to guide product direction.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritization, balancing strategic initiatives, tactical improvements, and AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-quality, and user-centric solutions.
- Work with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful go-to-market execution and adoption.
- Provide product direction leveraging modern cloud infrastructure (AWS), MERN stack, and AI/automation tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) and modern cloud environments (AWS).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping, automation, workflow design, or process optimisation.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, and roadmap planning to launch and iteration.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and translating complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience leading product strategy, roadmap execution, and AI-driven initiatives in a high-velocity SaaS or technology-driven environment.
