About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct engaging and persuasive demos, effectively communicating the value of our platform to prospective clients.
- Own a full-cycle outbound sales motion, from cold prospecting and account research to closing.
- Represent our brand values and ethos in all customer interactions, acting as the primary point of contact and the face of Awesomic.
- Innovate and implement new strategies for client acquisition and retention, enhancing our sales approach.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an Account Executive with a strong outbound focus and experience closing enterprise deals.
- Comfortable sourcing your own leads and opening conversations with cold prospects.
- Confident selling to founders and senior decision-makers in a B2B environment.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the US market.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales automation tools.
- Fluent English and clear, persuasive communication.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high accountability and autonomy.
