Act as a player-coach, guiding the marketing team while also contributing personally.

Build an AI-native marketing function for efficiency and scale.
Maintain a close connection with customers to inform marketing efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in marketing
Proven track record in growth marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
Experience in managing teams
Ability to create and implement innovative marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with AI and automation in marketing
