About the role

  • Ordering and allocation of spare parts, inventory management and invoicing
  • Sale of spare parts and accessories with appropriate technical consultation
  • Customer support by phone and in person
  • Incoming goods inspection and storage of spare parts

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
  • Professional experience as parts service staff (m/f/d) in automotive retail
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently
  • Customer focus and a high level of commitment
  • Proficient in MS Office
