About the role
- Ordering and allocation of spare parts, inventory management and invoicing
- Sale of spare parts and accessories with appropriate technical consultation
- Customer support by phone and in person
- Incoming goods inspection and storage of spare parts
- Scheduling and provision of parts for workshop operations
- Processing of complaints and returns
- Implementation and adherence to processes according to Porsche standards
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
- Professional experience as parts service staff (m/f/d) in automotive retail
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently
- Customer focus and a high level of commitment
- Proficient in MS Office
