Developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, detox and residential programs, behavioral health providers, case managers, community agencies, and sober living and housing providers
Conducting in-person outreach and facility walk-throughs
Scheduling and attending meetings with referral partners
Tracking referral sources and follow-ups
Coordinating with admissions on intakes and placement needs
Representing Aviv Recovery at community events and provider meetings
Maintaining consistent weekly outreach activity and reporting
Strengthening partnerships with housing and community resources
Supporting census growth while maintaining compliance and ethical standards

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years experience in behavioral health or substance use outreach/marketing
Knowledge of IOP / PHP / SUD treatment levels
Existing relationships in the Hampton Roads market strongly preferred
Professional communication and follow-up skills
Organized, accountable, and self-driven
Comfortable working independently and in the field
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
