About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Stabilize supply execution across constraints and demand shifts
- Lead prioritization and escalation management
- Define inventory, allocation, safety stock, and replenishment strategies
- Optimize service, DSI, OTIF, and inventory tradeoffs
- Align Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales Operations
- Lead supply response during shortages and transitions
- Scale supply planning models, KPI frameworks, and ERP/MRP optimization
- Drive operational risk visibility and analytics
- Strengthen planning data governance and exception management
- Lead automation and AI-ready planning capabilities
- Improve fulfillment responsiveness, inventory health, and operational efficiency
- Reduce aging inventory and O2C (order-to-cash) cost
- Lead planning scalability and workflow simplification
- Define future-state supply planning capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management or related discipline
- APICS / ASCM certification a plus
- 8+ yrs supply planning, inventory, or master scheduling leadership in manufacturing/electronics environments
- ERP/MRP optimization, supply analytics, inventory strategy, KPI management
- Data governance, automation, AI-ready planning capability
- Executive-level communication, cross-functional influence, operational leadership
- Supply continuity, fulfillment execution, inventory/service-level optimization
