About the role

  • You plan, organize and execute our upcoming outlet sales at rotating locations across Germany – e.g. in pop-up stores, retail spaces in shopping malls or at markets
  • Source and lease suitable pop-up or special retail spaces in shopping centers or markets
  • Organize setup and breakdown, logistics and staffing
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales and external partners
  • Provide on-site support during event days
  • Analyze results and provide feedback to optimize future events

Requirements

  • Experience in event management, retail, retail marketing or visual merchandising
  • Strong organizational skills, negotiation ability and a flair for sales-driven product presentation
  • Enjoy customer contact and taking operational responsibility
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Freelancer or self-employed project manager able to invoice independently
