Freelance Project Manager, Event Organizer for Outlet Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You plan, organize and execute our upcoming outlet sales at rotating locations across Germany – e.g. in pop-up stores, retail spaces in shopping malls or at markets
- Source and lease suitable pop-up or special retail spaces in shopping centers or markets
- Organize setup and breakdown, logistics and staffing
- Coordinate with marketing, sales and external partners
- Provide on-site support during event days
- Analyze results and provide feedback to optimize future events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in event management, retail, retail marketing or visual merchandising
- Strong organizational skills, negotiation ability and a flair for sales-driven product presentation
- Enjoy customer contact and taking operational responsibility
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Freelancer or self-employed project manager able to invoice independently
