About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You plan, organize and execute our upcoming outlet sales at rotating locations across Germany – e.g., in pop-up stores, sales areas in shopping malls or at markets
- Locating and leasing suitable pop-up or special event spaces in shopping centers and markets
- Organizing setup and teardown, logistics and staffing
- Coordinating with marketing, sales and external partners
- Providing on-site support during event days
- Evaluating events and providing feedback to optimize future events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in event management, retail, retail marketing or visual merchandising
- Strong organizational skills, negotiation skills and an eye for sales-driven product presentation
- Enjoy interacting with customers and taking on operational responsibility
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Freelancer or self-employed project manager able to invoice independently
