About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the technical team during the migration process.
  • Conduct consultative meetings to present the new Cisco platform and its benefits.
  • Perform functional demonstrations (demos) and training sessions for clients.
  • Develop technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
  • Oversee the entire client onboarding and integration process.
  • Identify risks during migration and take preventive measures to minimize impact.
  • Clarify technical and functional questions related to the platform.
  • Quickly resolve incidents or issues encountered by clients during migration.
  • Monitor adoption metrics for the new platform and propose improvements to the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, support, and Customer Success to ensure an excellent implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent or native English (C1/C2)
  • Fluent or native Portuguese (C1/C2)
  • General knowledge of Information Technology
  • Knowledge of Computer Networking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable presenting and delivering training
  • Consultative, customer-oriented profile
  • Ability to solve problems quickly
  • Organized with excellent priority management
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments
  • Knowledge of Cisco solutions (plus)
  • Experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience (plus)
  • Experience in infrastructure migration projects (plus)
  • Experience deploying network solutions (plus)
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, Switching, Routing and Wireless (plus)
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP or equivalents) (plus)
  • Experience in international corporate environments (plus)
