About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather functional requirements from clients
- Identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Perform GAP analysis between current processes and standard solutions
- Document functional requirements and business rules
- Collaborate with technical teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Support definition of system integrations
- Participate in meetings with international clients
- Ensure deliveries align with defined requirements
- Prepare process documentation and functional flows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Business Analyst in payment methods
- Solid knowledge of card processing
- Experience with transactional payment systems
- Advanced knowledge of the ISO 8583 standard
- Knowledge of payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, among others)
- Strong experience in creating functional requirements
- Experience in process documentation
- Data analysis skills and ability to generate insights
- Excellent client communication
- Advanced or fluent Spanish
- Fluent English (mandatory)
