About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HR team with generalist HR tasks
- Ensure an excellent experience for internal staff and new talent
- Support recruitment and selection processes (screening, scheduling, feedback)
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
- Organize and update HR records, spreadsheets, and documents
- Support initiatives related to company climate, engagement, and internal communication
- Provide support for timekeeping, benefits, and general inquiries
- Assist with training and development activities
- Generate basic HR reports and simple metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in HR, administrative roles, or related areas (internship or CLT/PJ)
- Basic knowledge of generalist HR routines (recruitment & selection, onboarding, support for Payroll/Personnel Administration)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Degree completed or in progress in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and Payroll/Personnel Administration routines
- Experience working in technology companies, startups, or fast-paced environments
