About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and implement risk-based testing strategies
Develop, together with the team, test plans and strategies aligned with project objectives
Establish and maintain traceability matrices between requirements and tests
Participate in AS-IS analyses and define TO-BE scenarios
Analyze and validate functional and non-functional requirements
Create and maintain test cases using BDD methodology
Execute manual tests on web systems, mobile applications, and REST/SOAP APIs
Log, track, and support the resolution of defects identified during the test cycle
Ensure adherence to the quality policies and processes defined for the project
Identify root causes of quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions
Monitor quality metrics and indicators
Prepare executive reports and status reports on test progress
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes
Support test automation initiatives aimed at optimizing effort and increasing coverage

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with risk-based testing strategies
Requirements validation
Creation of BDD scenarios
Manual testing of APIs and applications
Strong analytical skills to ensure delivery quality in agile environments
Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals, techniques, and strategies
Experience defining entry and exit criteria (DoR / DoD)
Mastery of risk-based testing strategies
Advanced knowledge of different levels and types of testing
Ability to interpret and validate requirements described in user stories
Experience creating and maintaining test scenarios using BDD
Proficiency executing manual tests on REST and SOAP APIs using Postman
Experience executing manual tests on mobile applications
Experience with tracking and activity management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Mantis
Experience with agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban
Experience preparing status reports
Clear communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders
