About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for operating strategically and collaborating with a strong focus on innovation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience with backend and frontend programming languages.
  • Experience in software architecture and systems engineering.
  • Knowledge of data and integration across multiple sources.
  • DevOps experience and familiarity with modern automation practices.
  • Experience with infrastructure in complex environments.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary squads, with direct interaction with legacy systems and new technologies.
  • Preferred: Prior experience as a Tech Lead on insurance (insurer) projects.
  • Experience in complex, highly scalable environments.
  • Innovative, collaborative profile with a strategic mindset.
