About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a consultative advisor for communication strategies via WhatsApp using templates approved by META
  • Validate message formats, structures, buttons, quick replies, and conversational flows
  • Review and evaluate journeys and flows built in: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Flow
  • Identify functional limitations and conflicts between business requirements and META restrictions
  • Propose technical and functional alternatives minimizing impacts on user experience and campaign performance
  • Support scenarios such as: Excess CTAs or buttons beyond META allowances, Complex flows with multiple decision points, Messages outside structural or category limits
  • Create, submit, maintain, and monitor the template approval cycle in Meta WhatsApp Manager
  • Ensure compliance with META policies and conventions and with Salesforce variable and personalization restrictions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience with META WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA)
  • Proven experience with Message Templates
  • Solid background with: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next
  • Knowledge of journey orchestration and automations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into solutions that adhere to platform limitations
  • Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences
  • Consultative, analytical profile and problem-solving orientation
