About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technical solutions and architectural definitions for AD/Azure AD in partnership with technical leaders and global teams.
- Assess environments, define roadmaps, and design highly secure, scalable architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and implementation teams to deliver solutions.
- Lead technical migration and integration efforts related to the IAM ecosystem.
- Define integration standards for applications that use identity and authentication services.
- Manage POCs and complex initiatives related to Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Support global technology and security teams with technical guidance and Information Security best practices.
- Identify risks in legacy environments and help define modernization and remediation strategies.
- Develop technical documentation, operational standards, and reports related to IAM and AD/Azure AD.
- Work with application teams to gather requirements, design, and implement integrations.
- Define processes and guidelines for the support, administration, and maintenance of identity environments.
- Promote secure computing practices and disseminate information security best practices.
- Present executive and technical updates to stakeholders and global leadership.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary technical and business teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced or fluent English for work in a global environment.
- Proven experience in architecture and technical leadership for AD/Azure AD environments.
- Broad, proven experience in IT.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, troubleshooting, and operations.
- Experience in identity and access architecture.
- Advanced experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with corporate directory architecture and secure identity solutions.
- Practical experience with modern authentication and authorization protocols: OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, WS-Federation, Kerberos, SCIM.
- Experience with RBAC, ABAC, and access management in AD and Azure AD.
- Familiarity with PAM solutions, preferably CyberArk.
- Experience with PKI.
- Advanced knowledge of scripting and CLIs: PowerShell, VBScript, Azure CLI/Bash.
- Familiarity with Windows, Azure AD, and AWS IAM technologies.
- Experience with auditing, monitoring, and AD security tools such as Quest, CA InTrust, Enterprise Reporter, RMAD.
- Deep understanding of user lifecycle, access certifications, and IAM governance.
