About the role

  • Work on the implementation and evolution of SAP ECC / S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash) solutions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize business processes
  • Analyze existing systems and workflows, identifying improvements and automation opportunities
  • Configure and customize the SAP SD/OTC module according to business requirements
  • Ensure SAP integration with legacy systems and other platforms
  • Work with IDocs and logistics interfaces to integrate external systems
  • Conduct functional testing and validation of implemented solutions
  • Monitor system performance and address incident resolution
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and requirements-gathering
  • Translate business needs into efficient technical solutions
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards
  • Support innovation initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Act as a consultative partner to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA (OTC/SD)
  • Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC)
  • Knowledge of SAP SD configuration and customization
  • Experience with integrations via IDocs, particularly in logistics execution
  • Experience integrating with legacy systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
