About the role
- Management, updating, and quality control of well intervention databases
- Analysis and validation of data to support the planning and execution of operations
- Preparation and review of technical documents
- Monitoring of well construction, abandonment, and workover campaigns
- Development of technical analyses and management reports
- Collection, processing, and consolidation of operational data
- Conducting comparative studies of duration estimates
- Technical support in governance and procedure review
- Evaluation of technical and economic feasibility of technologies
- Updating well configurations in databases
- Interface with the client's systems and applications
- Support for research and development initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in planning and/or overseeing well construction, abandonment, and workover operations (offshore environment)
- Experience with simulation and risk-analysis software such as: Well Cost Deterministic Package, Well Cost Advanced Package, Genesis PFU (Completions Planning and Follow-up), Genesis Drilling, Genesis IVAC (or similar)
- Knowledge of data processing, collection, and organization
- Statistical analysis (basic/intermediate level)
- Decision trees
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline)
- Active registration with CREA
