About the role

  • Management, updating, and quality control of well intervention databases
  • Analysis and validation of data to support the planning and execution of operations
  • Preparation and review of technical documents
  • Monitoring of well construction, abandonment, and workover campaigns
  • Development of technical analyses and management reports
  • Collection, processing, and consolidation of operational data
  • Conducting comparative studies of duration estimates
  • Technical support in governance and procedure review
  • Evaluation of technical and economic feasibility of technologies
  • Updating well configurations in databases
  • Interface with the client's systems and applications
  • Support for research and development initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning and/or overseeing well construction, abandonment, and workover operations (offshore environment)
  • Experience with simulation and risk-analysis software such as: Well Cost Deterministic Package, Well Cost Advanced Package, Genesis PFU (Completions Planning and Follow-up), Genesis Drilling, Genesis IVAC (or similar)
  • Knowledge of data processing, collection, and organization
  • Statistical analysis (basic/intermediate level)
  • Decision trees
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline)
  • Active registration with CREA
