About the role

  • Define and lead the enterprise testing strategy
  • Manage distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
  • Ensure governance, KPIs, quality gates, and executive reporting
  • Act as a bridge between the business, IT, and program leadership
  • Support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment between quality engineering and the program's strategic objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale programs
  • Strong experience managing SAP programs (ECC, S/4HANA, and integrations)
  • Experience with end-to-end test strategy: SIT (System Integration Testing), Regression, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Performance
  • Executive-level stakeholder management
  • Risk management and quality governance
  • Solid experience in global environments
  • Fluent English (mandatory — executive-level communication)
