- Support solution validation and adherence to requirements
- Act in a consultative manner to identify improvements and risks
Requirements
- Proven experience with Workday
- Strong background in Business Analysis
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with data analysis
- Advanced English (required)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
