About the role
- Prepare Functional & Technical Design Documents
- Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Workday configuration
- Review test cases to ensure quality and completeness
- Create and maintain a knowledge base and response catalog
- Provide technical-functional guidance to offshore teams
- Conduct Business Analysis activities, including requirements elicitation and documentation, functional design, and data analysis
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues
Requirements
- Strong experience with Workday
- Experience in functional and technical documentation
- Experience with requirements analysis and functional design
- Experience reviewing and validating tests
- Advanced English (required)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with international stakeholders
