About the role
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from kick-off to delivery.
- Structure project schedules, scope, risks, and budget.
- Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Monitor KPIs, status reports, and action plans.
- Map and optimize project-related processes.
- Manage change and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior IT Project Analyst.
- Proven experience in corporate project management (PMO, business, or technology).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Experience with agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK or similar).
- Ability to lead meetings, negotiate deadlines, and align expectations.
- Analytical skills, strong organization, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, PSPO, Prince2, etc.).
- Previous experience in consultancies or multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience in digital transformation or innovation environments.
- Intermediate to advanced English for stakeholder interaction.
