About the role

  • Acquiring new customers via phone, email and in-person field visits
  • Presenting our company and solutions from proposal preparation through contract closing
  • Ensuring growth by building and maintaining a high-quality sales funnel
  • Preparing sales forecasts and tracking them
  • Identifying key accounts and qualifying new growth opportunities
  • Efficient planning of customer appointments and field activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role within the parking management industry or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the industry, including current trends, challenges and competitors.
  • Knowledge of parking management solutions, camera-based license plate recognition technologies and related services.
  • Familiarity with the needs and requirements of B2B customers in the parking management sector.
  • Experience in new customer acquisition and building a high-quality client base.
  • Knowledge of sales methods and techniques for lead generation, customer acquisition and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Excellent German language skills (C2) — written and spoken
  • English level B2; additional languages are a plus
  • Valid driving license (Class B) required
