About the role
- Acquiring new customers via phone, email and in-person field visits
- Presenting our company and solutions from proposal preparation through contract closing
- Ensuring growth by building and maintaining a high-quality sales funnel
- Preparing sales forecasts and tracking them
- Identifying key accounts and qualifying new growth opportunities
- Efficient planning of customer appointments and field activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role within the parking management industry or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the industry, including current trends, challenges and competitors.
- Knowledge of parking management solutions, camera-based license plate recognition technologies and related services.
- Familiarity with the needs and requirements of B2B customers in the parking management sector.
- Experience in new customer acquisition and building a high-quality client base.
- Knowledge of sales methods and techniques for lead generation, customer acquisition and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
- Excellent German language skills (C2) — written and spoken
- English level B2; additional languages are a plus
- Valid driving license (Class B) required
